Will I have to eat the food or take the herb if I don’t like it?

What information will I receive?
You will receive an email with the following information:
- A list of the foods you should include in your diet, how many portions per week and for how long
- A list of the herbs, where to purchase them from, how much of this to take and in what format (this might be a tea) and for how long
- If you prefer a complete service , we can arrange for your order for herbs to be placed and then posted to you
